How Do You Use A Unity Sand Ceremony Kit Bride & Groom?
The Unity Sand Ceremony has become a popular alternative to the “unity candle ceremony” to symbolize the union of “two into one”. The Unity Sand Ceremony also symbolizes and celebrates each other’s uniqueness as represented by the different colors of sand. This sand version is not only beautiful and interesting, but also more appropriate for an outdoor setting. Prior to the wedding, select 3 nesting vases for the ceremony and two sand colors (sand is available in over 13 colors). Also remember to consult with your officiate as to your vows and how to incorporate the Unity Sand Ceremony. Just prior to the ceremony, fill each of the end vases with one color of sand and leave the center vase empty. During the ceremony, the Groom will start by pouring a portion of his sand color into the center vase. The Bride will follow by pouring a portion of her sand color into the center vase.
