Frosting a wedding cake is a challenging endeavor, but with the addition of a turntable, you can quickly and easily frost cakes without making much of a mess. Buy a turntable or a lazy susan whose size will accommodate the wedding cakes you need to frost. You can purchase a turntable at any baking supply or crafts store. Cut four strips of waxed paper and arrange the pieces in a box on the turntable. Make certain to leave an open space in the center of the turntable.
