How Do You Use A Mac For Stained Glass Patterns?
You want to design your own stained glass patterns on a Mac. Good news, it doesn’t take a lot of expensive software. All you need is a basic graphics program and some design inspiration. There’s a free, open source Mac program called Seashore that can be used to create stained glass patterns. Of course, if you have access to Photoshop or Illustrator those programs work well, too. Sketch your stained glass idea. It doesn’t have to be precise, it’s just to give you a guideline. You’ll find it’s easier to “draw” on a computer if you already have an idea what your end result should look like. Open a graphics program. Any program will do. Professional graphics software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, have something called “bezier curves” that you can use to make clean, curved lines.
