How Do You Use A Fluoride Rinse?
Fluoride helps keep our teeth and gums strong and healthy. It’s so good for our teeth, in fact, that it is usually added to our drinking water, in small amounts. Sometimes, however, more fluoride is needed for softer teeth or at the onset of a cavity. For either case, a simple fluoride rinse will help immensely. How to Use a Fluoride Rinse Step 1 Brush your teeth. Before you use a fluoride rinse, your teeth must be clean. Be sure to brush just as long, if not longer, than you normally would. This should take at least a minute and a half. Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water. Step 2 Floss your teeth before rinsing. Go in between every single tooth with a string of floss, moving the string back and forth to dislodge any small particles. Spit and rinse with water. Now, you are ready for the rinse. Step 3 Rinse with the fluoride solution. Only about one and a half tablespoons of fluoride rinse is needed for this procedure. Put the rinse in your mouth and move it all over
