With very few supplies, you can accomplish the task of upholstering a whole set of kitchen chair cushions in just a few hours. In fact, picking the fabric you want to use may take longer than the actual project. Turn the kitchen chair upside down and place the seat flat on a counter or table. The back of the chair will hang over the work surface. Locate the screws that are holding the kitchen chair cushion to the chair. The bottom side of the chair cushion is usually plywood.
