Microsoft Greetings Workshop was a graphics program similar to Microsoft Publisher, but its only creative product was greeting cards. Microsoft has discontinued Microsoft Greetings Workshop, but it came in three versions: 1.0, 2.0, and Deluxe 2.0. Microsoft no longer offers online and virtual updates, but you can update from the 1.0 version to the 2.0 version by purchasing the latter. Purchase a newer version. You can install either Greetings Workshop 2.0 or Deluxe 2.0 over Greetings Workshop 1.0. Insert the “Multimedia Greetings and Setup” CD into the computer. When the icon appears, click “Setup” and follow the instructions to download the software. Install the newer version into the same directory where you installed the earlier version (Greetings Workshop 1.0). The newer version will automatically assimilate all older projects into the newer version. Locate your previous graphics in the Art Gallery.
