How Do You Unlock Trapped Pinatas?
The Xbox 360 game “Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise” features approximately ninety piñata species for you to tame. Each species has its own set of requirements that must be met in order to trigger its initial appearance. In most cases, you’ll be able to work on getting a new species to visit your garden after its introductory scene plays. If the scene shows the new species being trapped by Ruffians or another obstacle, however, you’ll need to free it first. Press the “X” button on your controller to bring up menu options. Select “Encyclopedia” and press the “A” button. Select “Pinatas” and press “A.” Go to the trapped species’ entry in the Encyclopedia and read the Unblock requirements. Fulfill the Unblock requirements to trigger a scene showing the trapped piñata being freed. The requirements differ for each trapped species. After the scene plays, you can work on meeting the Visit requirements for that species.
