The LG VX4500 is a discontinued dual-band mobile phone originally offered by Verizon Wireless in the United States. The phone features a two-way speakerphone, voice command and recognition, polyphonic ringtones, a color LCD display and text messaging. A security feature of the LG VX4500 allows you to lock the keypad to avoid accidentally pressing the keys when the telephone is in standby. If you have locked the phone’s keypad, you will need to follow the unlock sequence before you can use the phone again. Press the left soft key, the button located to the left of the “OK” button. Press the “9” key for “Settings.” Press the “4” key for the “Security” menu and then enter “OK.” The phone will prompt you to enter the four-digit security code.
