How Do You Unlock The Hidden Doors Of The Mind?
Being able to relax enough to access the subconscious can help you in many ways. Locked in the back of our minds can be traumas from our past that hold us back, talents waiting to be tapped into, dreams waiting to be explored, answers to current problems, or simply being able to unwind from a stressful day. One of the best ways to unlock the hidden doors of the mind is through meditation. Set aside at least half an hour to practice your meditation session. Meditating doesn’t have to be difficult or time-consuming, but 30 minutes of uninterrupted time is optimal. Go to a quiet room and close the door, turn off your phone, and get into comfortable clothing that will allow you to breathe easily. If desired, you can light incense, a candle, and/or listen to soothing music while you meditate. Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down on your bed and close your eyes. Breathe in slowly through your nose then let it out slowly through pursed lips. (Imagine blowing on a cup of hot coffee.) Do this
