How Do You Uninstall The Websense Program?
The Websense line of computer products encompasses security programs for email, Internet browsing and data loss prevention. All programs or software applications installed on a Windows-based PC require an installation process. This installation process occupies a certain amount of space on the computer’s main storage location or hard drive. Remove obsolete products you’ve replaced or are not using to gain valuable free space on your hard drive. Removing unused programs will also prevent new programs that perform a similar task from conflicting with the old. Click the “Start” button in the lower left-hand corner of the Windows desktop. Select the “Control Panel” option to open the control panel window. Click “Programs,” followed by “Programs and Features.” This displays a list of all programs installed for use on the PC in alphabetical order.
