Microsoft Office Groove is a collaboration software program that works in conjunction with Microsoft Office products or as a stand-alone program. Groove creates collaborative work stations, files and tools on a network server where coworkers can access the same project documents. There are two ways to uninstall Microsoft Office Groove. Uninstall the program and leave the files or uninstall the program and its files. Uninstall Groove and Keep the Files Step 1 Close the Microsoft Office Groove program.
