How Do You Understand California Court Forms?
The forms required by the California Superior Courts can be confusing! Learn the basics here and where you can get the forms for free! The California Superior Courts use a lot of forms. Some forms are MANDATORY meaning that they MUST be used. Other forms are DISCRETIONARY meaning that they CAN be used, but if you don’t want to use them, you don’t have to.
