How Do You Understand A Strange Dream?
You wake up and you’re a little dazed, left with some odd images and impressions from a troubling dream you just had. What does it all mean? Why did this or that incident happen, and why did it happen there? Read on to learn how to understand and make use of a strange dream. WAKE UP AND WRITE: As quickly and as quietly as you can upon awakening to keep the dream intact, get to your paper or computer. Starting as far back into the dream as you can and using present tense verbs, tell the whole story without commentary (a very important part of recording a dream).
