How Do You Unblock Websites On An Individual PC?
Some computers or servers block certain websites that you need to access. Sometimes getting around this is tricky, but in most cases it’s relatively easy to do. Unblocking websites in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer takes a few clicks and a little bit of know-how. Look at the top screen of Mozilla Firefox and click the “Tools” menu then click on “Preferences.” The “Tools” menu allows you to change your browser settings. Select the blue globe named “Content.” The first option should be “Block Pop-up Windows.” Deselect the box to allow pop-ups; if the site you are trying to access is a pop-up page, then your pop-up blocker might be blocking it. Choose “Allow Exceptions” and enter the web address you want unblocked. It only unblocks that one site so you’re not overrun with ads.
