Here’s how to turn your Swiffer into a Green Machine with ordinary supplies from around your home. If you still can’t get the cap off, you can just drill a whole in bottom of the bottle and use a cork from a wine bottle to seal it off so it doesn’t spill out while you are mopping or “swiffering” the floor.
