Sometimes the Motorola RAZR’s missed call alert feature can be more of an inconvenience than an amenity. When a call is missed, the alert may go off possibly every five to ten minutes, until you acknowledge the notification. So when the alert becomes an extreme annoyance, disabling it is the solution to the problem. Turning the missed call alert off can be done with changes to the phone’s Ring Details. The Ring Details feature houses the individual, customized settings for all of the phone’s sounds. Press the main menu key on the Motorola RAZR keypad. The menu key may display a symbol of a minus sign, circle, or dot depending on the RAZR model you have. Access the Motorola RAZR settings in the phone’s menu, and go to the “Ring Styles” tab. Select the “Ring Details” tab, which should be in the Ring Styles menu. Scroll down the list of ring details, and select the “Reminders” option.
