This ancient recipe can turn regular old skin cream into a balm for sore muscles after exercise and sports. Use any brand of basic skin cream, but it works best with creams that do not have perfume added. Use 1/2 cup of skin cream and blend with 10 drops of Camphor oil 5 drops of Peppermint oil 5 drops Wintergreen oil Whisk this mixture together thoroughly. Place in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
