How Do You Troubleshoot MSN Live Messenger?
MSN Live Messenger, an instant messaging application produced by Microsoft, comes standard on all computers with the Windows (XP and above) platform. If you are having some trouble getting MSN Live Messenger to respond or are unable to send or receive messages, you should be able to identify the problem and get it back in working order. Make sure you are still signed in to the program. If your computer has gone into standby mode, sleep mode or has been idle for a long time, MSN Live Messenger will automatically sign you out. Double-click the MSN Live Messenger icon in the system tray to bring up the log-in window and sign in again.
