The Microsoft 1359 Mouse is a wired laser mouse that can track your movements more accurately than standard mice with roller balls. Although the mouse is more susceptible to your movements, you can run into the occasional technical issue with the hardware. Correct the mouse issue by attempting a few different troubleshooting steps. Check the cable connection running from the 1359 mouse to the computer. Make sure the cable is inserted completely into the USB port. If not, the computer won’t be able to read the mouse actions. Install the drivers provided on the installation CD.
