How Do You Troubleshoot General Electric Dishwashers?
Dishwashers are appliances that work in the kitchen to clean dishes. It has rules to govern its use and when those rules are broken, the dishwasher will fail to work. The General Electric dishwasher is a great addition to kitchen appliances and also has a set of maintenance rules to ensure proper functioning. If for some reason the machine decides to malfunction, there are a few troubleshooting ideas to look into. Eliminate abnormal odors in your General Electric dishwasher by removing any food particles found on the bottom of the machine. Locate any plastic, paper or other debris blocking the pump inlet and remove. Unblock the spray arm jets with a paper clip. Do not overload the dishes, as this can cause poor drying. See that the dishes are not touching each other. Make sure the water temperature is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best drying performance.
