Troubleshooting the Rinse-A-Matic Steemer is not difficult, and most of the repairs are simple procedures. Check the cleaner cartridge to ensure that it is installed correctly if the machine does not dispense soap or water. The device will not function without a cartridge, and the cartridge must be full of cleaner. Ensure that the instructions on the side of the cartridge are facing outward. In addition, the white lever at the base of the cartridge top must be pressed all the way down into the locked position.
