Insignia Pilot MP3 players occasionally encounter problems that prevent it from working properly. The most common problems users can expect to encounter are the device freezing during operation, which is caused by an error in the MP3 player’s software, and the inability to playback certain tracks saved to the device. Return your Insignia Pilot to normal working order by troubleshooting and fixing the device. Reset the Insignia Pilot if it freezes during normal use.
