How Do You Troubleshoot An Innotek Dog Fence?
Electric underground fences provide boundaries for dogs so that they stay in their yard in a protected environment. Innotek dog fences keep dogs contained and do not require a visible fence around your property. Installing an underground fence is less expensive and much quicker than traditional above-ground fences. Underground fences can stop operating because of a break or split in the radio frequency wires. Check the Innotek fence controller lights. Replace the battery if the battery low light is illuminated. Secure the terminal leads to the fence controller to obtain a strong signal. Remove the two lead out wires from the transmitter and attach one on each side of the Radio Frequency (RF) choke. Wrap the copper wire around each post on the ends of the choke. Insert the two lead wires from the choke into the transmitter where the two lead out wires were originally.
