Uniden PowerMax cordless telephones are land-line phones for your home. The cordless phones work well under most conditions, but may occasionally experience problems. Common issues with the phone are low or distorted audio, the inability to make or receive calls and failure of the handset to ring on incoming calls. You can troubleshoot your phone to fix common problems with the device and return it to normal working order. Press the “CH” button on the bottom of the phone handset to switch to a different channel. Other devices may interfere with the channel set on the phone. Changing the channel should eliminate the interference. Bring the phone handset closer to the base. If you move the handset too far away from the base, you might move it out of range.
