How Do You Troubleshoot A Kenmore Upright Freezer?
There are a number of problems you may experience with your Kenmore Upright Freezer. Perhaps your freezer is too warm or moisture is collecting on the outside. Maybe your freezer is making a lot of noise or there is an odor coming from your unit. What follows are some ways to troubleshoot the issues you may be experiencing. If your freezer seems to be too warm, first make sure that the door is closing tightly. Once you do that, ensure that the freezer is level to properly seal the door. If neither of these work, clean the condenser coils on the back of the unit. If your moisture is collecting on the outside of your unit, try reducing the amount of time the freezer door is open. Opening and closing the door a great deal in humid conditions can cause excessive moisture. If this does not solve your problem, make sure the seal on the door is tight and that the freezer is properly leveled. If the noise level of your freezer is bothering you, make sure the unit is resting evenly on all four
