Although customer support is available through Kenco, you can troubleshoot some minor issues that affect the machine on your own. Step 1 Add water to the Kenco Singles machine. If the water reservoir is low, the machine will fail to operate. You should see a message on the display when this occurs that states “Add Water.” Step 2 Remove capsules from the bin. When the bin is full, you’ll need to dispose of the capsules before you can use the machine again.
