How Do You Troubleshoot A Hotpoint Dishwasher?
If your Hotpoint dishwasher is not working properly, you may be able to troubleshoot it yourself and avoid expensive repair fees. Many common problems are caused by a simple part or two that can quickly be replaced. Replacement parts are available at most home-improvement stores, or you can order them directly from Hotpoint. Look at the troubleshooting section in your dishwasher’s instruction manual. Hotpoint manuals list many common problems, and you may be able to identify the problem without taking the dishwasher apart. If you do not have your instruction manual, write down the dishwasher’s model number and check the Hotpoint website for a downloadable copy (see Resources).
