The cameras are small, portable and are popular among amateur photographs who simply want a point-and-shoot experience. However, even the best digital camera can experience problems. Learn how to troubleshoot your Casio Exilim camera so you can get back to capturing the world around you. Verify that the Exilim camera is turned on and in the right capture mode. Press and hold the power button on the top right-hand side of the device until the small power button becomes illuminated and the LCD screen on the back turns on. Check the mode dial near the camera’s viewfinder and make sure it is turned so that the small arrow is pointing at the camera-shaped icon.
