How Do You Treat Ticks, Lice, & Mites On Pet Snakes?
“I’m Nicole from Pet Kingdom. I’m here to tell you about sick snakes. Treating for mites and ticks is fairly simple but a pretty involved process when it comes to mice. Basically you have mice. What you want to do is you want to soak this snake in some warm water with some reptile relieve or something of the effect; any of your local pet stores should carry a mite treatment. You can dump this right in the water and soak the snake in it and you need to clean the cage daily for at least 3 days and make sure you get in all the cracks and crevasses, take all the bedding out and replace it with paper towels for the time being. Give it a high cape that you can either soak in the treatment or you can just dispose of and replace with a new one this is just something that needs to be done for several days in a row. Because it only takes one mite to reproduce into thousands and mites can definitely be deadly to your baby snakes. Ticks can be removed with tweezers they are a little bit larger tha
