0

Elevated blood enzymes can be caused by a variety of things. Alcoholism, hepatitis, medications, diabetes and infections are but a few culprits that can cause an elevation in blood enzymes. The best treatment for elevated blood enzymes is to stay away from the culprit if possible. If you do have elevated blood enzymes, you can treat this problem holistically with a “blood and liver cleanse.” (2:00 p.m.) Begin the cleanse on a Saturday evening, or on a day when you will be off work for two days and can be at home, as this cleanse will require that you stay close to a bathroom. Take no medicines that you can do without during this cleanse. Mix the Epsom salts and water into a container (this makes four servings). Put this into the refrigerator to get very cold. Do not eat anything after this point in the day. (6:00 p.m.) Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of the Epsom salt solution. Set the olive oil and juice out to warm to room temperature. (8:00 p.m.) Drink another ¾ cup serving of the Epsom
