One advantage of using a van is that your motorcycle will be protected from rain, snow, hail, and other elements. Another advantage is that you can lock the doors of your van and protect your motorcycle from would-be thieves. Open the back doors on the cargo van. Put the ramp securely in place. Have your helper stand in the van. Put the motorcycle in neutral gear. As you push the motorcycle up the ramp, have him grab the handlebars and pull the bike inside. Position the motorcycle so it’s centered in the van with the front tire in the wheel chock. Don’t put it up on its kickstand. The chock will hold the motorcycle upright.
