How Do You Translate WPD Files For A Mac?

0

WPD is the extension for the word processing software WordPerfect. WordPerfect has not been released in a new version for use with a Mac since MacOS 9. You can use software such as MacLinkPlus to translate WordPerfect documents on your Mac to another file format you can use. You can also use a free web-based conversion tool at Zamzar.com. Install MacLinkPlus on your Mac. Launch MacLinkPlus. Click the “Add” button in the main MacLinkPlus window. Select your WPD files to be translated. You may also drag your files from the desktop or other folder and drop them into the MacLinkPlus window. Once all your WPD files are listed in the MacLinkPlus window you can go to the next step. Click the “Translate” button in MacLinkPlus. You will then be provided with options to translate your WPD files to a file type you can use, for example, a plain text file, rich text file, or Microsoft Word document. Open your favorite web browser. Go to Zamzar.com by selecting “Open Location” under the “File” menu
