Some of the most commonly used ones are; apples, lemons, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, zucchini, avocados, ginger and young coconuts. You will also need raw nuts or seeds, such as almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts. Look at the package or ask the vendor if they have been heated over 105 degrees.
