How Do You Transition To Raw Foods?
The biggest objection among people who are interested in eating more raw foods but haven’t made the transition is that it is too time consuming and not readily available in our modern society. I am writing this article because after many attempts I finally have made a 100% transition and I want to share with you that it can be a lot easier than you think! First you need to stock your kitchen with all the equipment and foods you will need to prepare convenient raw food dishes. I recommend going to a local farmers market where the fruits and vegetables are less expensive and organic. Some of the most commonly used ones are; apples, lemons, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, zucchini, avocados, ginger and young coconuts. You will also need raw nuts or seeds, such as almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts. Look at the package or ask the vendor if they have been heated over 105 degrees. You only want items that have been heated 105 degrees or less. You will also want a few other staples su
