The Zen Touch is part of the line of MP3 players from Creative. According to the Creative Support website, music can be transferred to the Zen Touch using one of several readily available programs. Options for transferring music include Creative MediaSource Organizer, Windows Media Player and Windows Explorer. Install Creative MediaSource Organizer from the CD-ROM that came with your Zen Touch. Once installed, allow the program to search for digital music files on your computer. These files are added to the MediaSource library and can be transferred to the Zen Touch. Launch Windows Media Player if you are using a Windows based computer. Add music to the Windows Media Player library then connect the Zen Touch.
