well there is a best and safe way to transfer that large amount of data between a laptop and a pc btw usb cable isnt good in such a thing. here is wt u need to do. u need to get a cross over cable if u have a lan cable check the cable words written on it and see if it straight cable or cross over cable , if it is a straight u just need to buy a cross over cable Rj45 , and setup a network on the both computers setup the network steps , go to ur lan connection , and double click on it and then a list will be appears to choose the last thing called ( internet protocol TC/IP ) then select the second option which is ( use the following ip address ) and then u will see the space is opened and u can write the ips in it write in the ip adress the first one this ip on the first computer 192.168.0.1 and in the subnetmask will be by defualt 255.255.255.0 leave it as it is , then press ok to close this page and another ok to close the page before , and do the same in the other computer but this ti
