How Do You Transfer Data Between SATA Hard Drives?
Transferring data between two hard drives, whether they are SATA (Serial Advanced Technology Attachement) drives, IDE (Integrated Drive Electronics) drives, SSD (Solid State Drive) Drives, or a combination of any of the three, is a simple task that requires basic knowledge of computers to complete. The easiest method to copy data from one hard drive to another is by Copying or Cutting files from one hard drive, and then pasting them to the other. Go to the “Start” menu and open the “My Computer” window. Open the hard drive that you want to transfer the data from and access the folder where the data you want to transfer is stored.
