I am not sure if there is a way to actually automatically get your e-mails to transfer but you can import all of your contacts from your old e-mail account to your yahoo. It’s just under your mail options on the right hand side. Also, you may want to send out a mass e-mail to all of your existing contacts from your new e-mail letting them know you have changed e-mail.
