Put simply, you can’t. You need two Game Boy Advance or GBA SP and a GBA link cable to trade on Pokemon Emerald. IF you need to get pokemon from your Emerald version to your Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, you can do so after beating the Elite Four through use of the Pal Park.
