How do you track the spasms made by the orbicularis oculi?

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘track’, I’m guessing you mean the cause. These spasms are called Hemifacial spasms. The spasms are usually very brief, but can occur in runs and typically begins around the eye. The disorder clearly involves the facial nerve, most commonly it’s due to a compression of the nerve by a blood vessel just as the nerve leaves the brainstem. About 2% of cases are due to a tumor compressing the nerve.

I also am not sure what you mean by “track”. If the spasms are limited to orb. oculi and a couple other muscles around the eye then this is more likely to be blepharospasm than hemifacial spasm. Blepharospasm is usually benign with no specific cause found. Evied correctly explained hemifacial spasm causes.
