How Do You Track A Priority Mail Package?
Whether you’re sending a package or receiving one through the United States Postal Service you can track the package when you select “Priority Mail” as the shipping method and receive a tracking number. While other shipping services provide detailed information about the location of your package, the USPS website will update information on its official site by the end of the day or when the package is scanned at one of its facilities. Open your Internet browser, and select the URL field at the top of the browser window. Enter the United States Postal Service’s site URL, and press the “Enter” or “Return” key on your keyboard. Click the blank field below the “Track & Confirm” section, located on the right side of the browser window. Enter the 20-digit tracking number, and click the “Go” button. Dial 1-800-275-8777 on your phone to reach the USPS automated service. Say “Track and confirm a package” when prompted by the automated service, and say “Yes” to confirm you have a tracking number
