The Palm Tungsten E2 is a personal data organizer that lets you manage your calendar, contacts, to-do lists, word-processing documents and multimedia files. If a problem arises, you can do some of your own troubleshooting instead of calling technical support. If you have lost power after losing a network connection, wait 30 seconds before attempting to turn on your Palm Tungsten E2. To free up memory, delete excess files. If you have less than 2MB of memory left on your Palm Tungsten E2, you will need to purge some items to maintain operation. Delete unnecessary applications and purge old calendar and task events. To reinstall programs, use the installation software that came with your Palm Tungsten E2. Reinstall the installation disc on your PC and then perform a sync with the Palm to try to resolve any issues you are having with running the applications.
