With some planning and creativity, you can throw a prehistoric party that children of all ages will love. Dinosaur themes can be very versatile and range from a cute baby dinosaur style for preschoolers to a more realistic and even ferocious style for older kids. Follow these steps to start planning yours. Flatten large appliance boxes and draw very large dinosaurs on them keeping the shapes simple. Cut them out with a razor knife and paint them. Then prop them up against a wall or on the porch with some balloons for a grand entrance. Hang jungle vines from the ceiling by opening up brown paper bags lengthwise and cutting into strips. Then twist the strips and hang them from the ceiling. Cut off plastic leaves from garland and hot glue them all over the vines.
