How Do You Throw A Circle Changeup?

• First take your index finger and thumb and join them together as if making an OK sign. • Then place your middle and ring fingers along the seams, as if you were throwing a two-seamer, but with different fingers. • Another grip is to make the ok sign with you’re hand and just put it over a regular four seam grip. • Throw the ball as you would a regular fastball without twisting your wrist in any direction. Follow through and snap your wrist upon release to create good break on the pitch. The ball should roll off of your fingers. The pitch should move into a right handed batter and away from a letfy if thrown right. If it doesn’t do that you may want to look up pronation.
