How Do You Throw A Circle Change Up Pitch?
“So now we are going to talk about, and work on the, probably the most lethal pitch in baseball, which is the change up. There is very, a few different ways to throw a change up and I would not say there is any perfect way to do it, or any exact way to do it. You have to look at that each hand, each wrist, everybody’s arm angle, everything is different on every pitcher so to say a circle change is the best pitch in baseball is not always true because it works for some people, doesn’t always work or myself.
