How Do You Throw A Bunco Party Like A Pro?
Bunco isn’t just a game, it’s a fun get together! Meghan McGurkin, who has worked with with country legend, and avid Bunco player, Naomi Judd, shared some quick tips for starting your own Bunco party with me. Pick a theme. One of the first things needed when hosting a Bunco party is to decide on a theme. Themes can range from a Valentine’s Day party to a Luau bash. To help capture the theme, make sure to let guests know in advance so they can dress up accordingly. Food is an essential to any Bunco party. Try to pick recipes that fit your theme and will appeal to the group. Throw a potluck dinner and invite each player to bring their favorite recipe. Most Bunco parties hand out fun, inexpensive prizes, based on the successes of the players or the party theme. Hand out a prize for the most Buncos rolled or best costume. Most importantly, Bunco is all about bringing women together for a night of fun, so bring a smile and a pair of dice and get rolling!
