How do you think we can bring back inspirational and courgeous role models to young women?

I think girls should be taught about all the great women of history who succedeed on their own merits without affirmitive action and without the “victimhood” movement that calls itself feminism these days. That would inspire young women.

I am a 18 year old girl. And i think that by compartmentalising and purposely victimising girls is more hurtful than any magazine picture. By forcing them to only focus on the achievements of women, it suggests that achievements of women are more amazing because women are somehow lesser and less capable than men, making any achievement by a woman more admirable. Just leave it, there are so many things in society influencing everyone, not just girls. Girls and boys alike need to be taught respect for themselves and others, and that is up to their parents to take care of, not you.
