How do you think the Philippine government should address the countrys population growth?
Remember these lines from declaration of independence! …We hold these truths to be self-evident,that all men are created equal,that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights,that among these are life.Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.That to secure these rights,Governments are instituted among men,deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed….. Going back to your question of how Phil. govt. should address this pressing problem? I think the govt. should act and lead in the terms of what it was instituted for…like guaranteeing these basic rights,like harnessing intellectual capacities,like laying the foundation for everyone’s growth and economy….In this way,individual should decide in terms of when,how and why populate a family.
