How do you tell the difference between uniform motion, uniform acceleration, and uniform accelerated motion?

Uniform motion is when there is no acceleration. This is you driving down the road at 55mph or sitting still. You can drink a glass of water like normal. Uniform acceleration is when you pull out smoothly from a stop light. The water in you glass it crooked, and your head is against the head rest, but there is no splashing or jerking. I am not sure about the last one, sounds the same. I hope this helped.
