How do you tell someone that theyre terrible at accepting constructive criticism?
I don’t know that I would try. If they are terrible at “accepting” constructive criticism, chances are they will not listen very hard no matter how you try to tell them, or they will just blow it off. Those people usually need to be told in a VERY blunt and straightforward way. The problem is, most of them are so defensive and already have their guard up regarding any criticism, they are really difficult to convey this message to and have it sink in very deeply. But you can always try.
