How do you tell if a child is left or right handed?
I was told by my pediatrician that it takes until they are about 5 and sometimes as late as 6. It sounds to me like your daughter may have it in her to use both hands. I write with my right hand, but I bat and golf left handed…. go figure. My grandmother was ambidextrous so maybe I got a little of it. I would work with her on both hands. It would be great to be able to use both for everything!
she could be slightly ambidextrious. I write with my left and bat and throw with my right but I shoot pool left handed. When I was in kindergarten they tried to force me to use my right. They would correct me when I tried to use my left then they couldnt read my writing and the counsler decided I was left.
